Basement Remodel
For this project we remodeled an unfinished basement, including framing, drywall, flooring and cabinetry. Additionally, we installed windows and matched existing siding.
Vacation Rental Renovation
This project included custom interior paint finishes to create a unique vibe for vacationers. We installed a privacy barn door to the basement entrance. Other custom detailed finishes included an industrial modern walnut bar top, a built-in rustic entertainment center for turntables, and refinishing a set of vintage speakers.
Patios & Decks
We have built several custom decks, including a front entry patio, a raised deck with a staircase overlooking a backyard, as well as a crafty treehouse in the woods.
Eccles Theater - Project Management
Sawtooth Customs brings project management experience from large scale projects such as the Eccles Theater in Salt Lake City. This project included coordinating logistics during the structural phase and managing quality control and punch lists during the finishing phase. Sawtooth Customs has extensive experience managing multiple job site relationships, consulting with owners, and communicating with design teams and subcontractors.
